Listing terms
Last updated 21 October 2026Who these terms are for
These terms apply to a practice that claims its listing and pays for a verified or featured listing. Listings are sold to businesses, not to consumers.
Fees
A verified listing costs £19.99 and a featured listing costs £39.99. Each is a single one-time payment, taken by Stripe after your claim is approved. You become the owner of the listing (able to edit it and see its enquiries) when that payment completes. An approved claim that is not paid for within 7 days lapses, and the listing is open to claim again. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again. Listing fees are non-refundable. Paying never changes your position in the ranked results.
When your listing goes live
A practice that is already on the site stays live while you claim it. A new listing goes live as soon as its payment completes. If the CQC register shows the practice as lapsed or removed, the listing is hidden, and paying does not change that.
Your content on your listing
When you add text, a logo or photos to your listing, you keep ownership of them. You give Property Architecture Ltd, which runs mylocaldentists.co.uk, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, copy, resize and crop them on mylocaldentists.co.uk and in its search results, link previews and social-media previews, for as long as your listing is live and for up to 30 days after you remove them while copies clear from caches. You confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it is accurate and lawful. We may moderate what you add: we can edit it for length or format, refuse it, or remove it if it breaks these terms or the law, and if you ask we will tell you why. Ask us to remove any of your content by emailing [email protected]; we will remove it within 5 working days.
Problems with a charge
If you think a charge is wrong, write to us at [email protected] before raising it with your bank, and we will look into it. If a payment is disputed with your bank, we deal with it under these terms and keep a record of the dispute. These terms do not take away any rights you have by law. See also our review policy.
