Free for patients, always. A practice pays once for a listing: Verified or Featured. There is no subscription and no charge per enquiry.
Already on the site? A listing imported from the register stays up as a plain entry. Claiming it means choosing one of these two plans. You see the price before you pay, you pay once at checkout, and fees are non-refundable.

Featured listing
£39.99 paid once
Paid once. No renewal. Non-refundable. Everything in Verified, plus a share of the featured slot.
- Everything in the verified listing
- A labelled Featured slot above the results for your town and services. If more than three firms in a town are Featured, the three slots are shared in turn, changing each day; on other days your listing stays in the ranked list at the place your reviews earn
- A share of the labelled Featured pins on the homepage map, if your town is on the map: up to four of the eight pins, shared in turn each day among Featured listings, so how often yours shows depends on how many there are
- A link to your website from your profile, marked as a paid link as Google requires
What paying does not buy
- A higher place in the ranked list. That list is ordered by verified review score for everyone. Featured adds a share of a separate, labelled slot above the list; the list itself is unchanged.
- Reviews. Only verified patients can leave one, and a paid listing cannot hide or edit them.
- Leads. An enquiry goes to the one practice the patient chooses and no other. We keep a copy and never sell it.

Questions practices ask
How much does it cost to list a dental practice?
A verified listing is £19.99 and a featured listing is £39.99, each paid once. There is no renewal, no subscription and no charge per enquiry. Listing fees are non-refundable.
Is my practice already listed?
If your practice is in one of the towns we cover, it may already be listed as unclaimed, with details from the Care Quality Commission's public register. Search for it by name or town, then claim it. If it is not there, email us and we will look into adding it.
How do you check that I run the practice?
You enter your CQC location ID and we find your listing. We email you a code, and once you enter it we check straight away that you are logged in with an email address at your practice's own website, or the exact email address your listing shows. If it matches you can pay at once; there is no letter and no wait. If it does not, contact us and we check it by hand.
Where do I find our CQC location ID?
It is on your practice's page on the CQC website, cqc.org.uk, and looks like 1-123456789. It identifies the location, so a group with several practices has one for each.
Can I move from Verified to Featured later?
Yes. Once you own the listing, you pay only the difference, £20.00, once, from your claim page. Paying never changes where you rank in search.
How long does one payment last?
For as long as the practice stays on the CQC register and keeps to our listing terms. A practice that leaves the register is taken out of search.
